Seal r\u00e4\u00e4giti lauakatmisest, restoranieketist, viisakusreeglitest ning teenindusest.<\/p>\r\n<p>Koolitus algas kahek\u00e4igulise l\u00f5unas\u00f6\u00f6giga, mis algas pasteedise eelroaga. Saime valida, kas s\u00f6\u00f6me pearoaks pardifileed porgandikreemi, pirni ja arooniakastmega v\u00f5i k\u00e4sit\u00f6\u00f6pastat veisesisefileega valge vermuti kastmes ning s\u00f5ime magustoiduks Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9ed. S\u00f6\u00f6mise k\u00e4igus n\u00e4idati esitlust ja r\u00e4\u00e4giti ohtralt toitlustuse ajaloost, restoranide erinevustest ja restorani s\u00f6\u00f6mis- ja teenindusetiketist. Peale l\u00f5unas\u00f6\u00f6ki n\u00e4itas peakokk meile pisut k\u00f6\u00f6ki, r\u00e4\u00e4kis men\u00fc\u00fcst ja selle muutumisest aastaajati ning tutvustas erinevaid alkoholjooke.
